1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Top Tier Foreman, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Annual billing includes a discount equivalent to one month free. A one-time onboarding fee applies to all plans. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the platform. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of that content and for maintaining appropriate backups where needed.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to disrupt service, accessing data you are not authorized to access, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
Top Tier Foreman is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
